Brewing Your English Tea Shop Iced Tea

Brewing iced tea is like brewing regular tea, except that the temperature of the water and the infusion time are different. For a herbal tea or iced tea, choose cold or even very cold water. You can also leave your herbal tea to infuse in the fridge. We recommend leaving teas to steep for at least three hours and herbal teas for at least ten hours.
