This exquisite panettone features a rich blend of premium ingredients, including wheat flour, free-range eggs, and creamy butter, combined with a 15% gianduja cream filling made from hazelnut and chocolate. The cake is elegantly coated with 13% dark chocolate icing and adorned with 3% caramelised hazelnut beans for added texture and flavour. Carefully crafted with natural yeast and enhanced by subtle notes of orange fruit paste and vanilla, this festive treat offers a harmonious balance of traditional and indulgent tastes. Please note, it may contain traces of nuts, mustard, and peanuts.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
