Experience the exquisite flavour of this panettone featuring homemade glazed chestnuts and authentic Italian icing. Crafted by Galup with the finest Italian ingredients, this delicately sweet treat is a true celebration of traditional pastry art, perfect for festive gatherings. To preserve its quality, store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture, and consume promptly once opened. The panettone includes premium components such as wheat flour, 17% candied chestnuts, butter, free-range egg yolks, and a rich icing adorned with Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, sugar beans, and whole almonds, ensuring a luxurious taste with every bite.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
