Savour the Rich Delight of Dark Chocolate Chip Panettone
Store this panettone in a cool, dry environment, ideally between 18-20°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve its freshness. Crafted with premium ingredients including wheat flour, 15% chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soya lecithin), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks, and natural yeast, it promises an authentic taste experience. The icing, made from sugar, free-range egg whites, 9% Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, rice flour, and sunflower seed oil, is crowned with caster sugar and whole almonds, adding a delightful crunch. Please note it may contain traces of other nuts and mustard, with ingredients sourced from both EU and non-EU origins.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.

If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
