Quick and Easy Preparation
Preparing your vanilla cappuccino-style drink couldn't be easier. Mix 4 to 5 teaspoons (20 g) with 150 ml of hot (not boiling) water, or 6 to 7 teaspoons (27 g) with 200 ml of hot water. Stir well until fully dissolved and enjoy a rich, creamy cup.

Ingredients: Sugar, whey powder, soluble coffee (3.5%), coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, salt, lactose, natural flavouring, stabilisers (E339, E452, E340), natural coffee flavouring, milk protein, anti-caking agent (E341), emulsifiers (E471, E472e).
Ideal Companion for Your Favourite Coffee Cake
- 2 tbsp Dolce Vita Cappuccino Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Dolce Vita Cappuccino Classique (or hot chocolate powder)
- 350 g cream cheese (Philadelphia® style)
- 1 egg yolk + 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 175 g butter
- 150 g plain flour
- In two separate bowls, dissolve the Dolce Vita Cappuccino Vanilla and the Dolce Vita Cappuccino Classique (or hot chocolate powder) with approximately 2 tablespoons of hot water each until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg yolk, 40 g of sugar and the vanilla cappuccino mixture to create a smooth cream filling.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a bain-marie, then allow the mixture to cool slightly. Whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar, stir in the classic cappuccino mixture, then add the melted chocolate and butter. Fold in the flour until you obtain a smooth batter.
- Pour the chocolate batter into a lined 25 × 25 cm square baking tin. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the top and gently swirl with a fork to create a marbled effect.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan) for around 35 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing from the tin and slicing into approximately 20 cappuccino brownies.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
