EcoDecalk is a highly effective descaler crafted from entirely natural, biodegradable, and non-corrosive ingredients, making it an eco-friendly choice for your coffee machine. Beyond removing limescale, it offers sanitising and antibacterial benefits that help keep your machine’s internal components hygienic. This ensures your coffee maintains its true flavour while also extending the machine’s lifespan. Remember to remove the water filter cartridge before beginning the descaling process. Each pack includes two 100 ml doses, with one dose recommended per descaling session.

These DeLonghi water filters help prolong the life of your coffee machine by preventing limescale build-up within its pipes and purifying the water used. By improving water quality, they ensure your beverages retain their true flavour without compromise. Each cartridge filters approximately 50 litres of water, lasting up to two months under typical use. For best results, rinse the cartridge with 0.5 litres of water before first use and replace it every two months to maintain optimal performance.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
